“NIS Petrol EOOD” is the wholly owned subsidiary of NIS (Naftna Industrija Srbije), one of the biggest vertically integrated oil companies in Southeastern Europe.
In Bulgaria “NIS Petrol EOOD” develops retail chain with the premium brand “GAZPROM” as well as whole sale distribution network for petroleum products.
NIS is our main supplier for energy oil products, which are produced in Pancevo in Serbia.
The quality assurance of our products is the integration of global distribution and retail market.
Our goal is to assure the comfort and high standard to our local and abroad clients with cross accepted standards and services.
Besides Bulgaria, NIS is also present in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania and Russia.

“NIS Petrol EOOD” develops retail chain with the premium brand “GAZPROM” as well as whole sale distribution network for petroleum products.
Our Company owns at present 23 petrol stations. In the middle of 2012, the first petrol station under the brand name of “Gazprom” was opened in Bulgaria.
NIS Petrol has bought a storage facility in Kostinbrod near Sofia, and thus opened up the possibility for the development of fuel distribution from Serbia using its own retail facilities, as well as for the commencement of wholesale activities.
